Welcome to Republic Rifles of Texas! These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (“Service”), located at https://republicrifles.com, and the services provided by Republic Rifles of Texas (“we,” “us,” or “our”).

By using this website, you agree to comply with these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use our website.

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You may not use the website to:

Violate any local, state, or federal laws.
Engage in any conduct that restricts or inhibits the use of the website.
Upload harmful content or engage in any form of hacking or fraudulent activities.

We reserve the right, though are not obligated, to restrict the sale of our services to certain geographic areas or jurisdictions. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. All service descriptions and pricing are subject to change at our discretion and without prior notice. We also reserve the right to discontinue any service at any time. Any offer made for a service is void where prohibited by law.

We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We also reserve the right to limit the quantities of our services offered. At our sole discretion, we may limit or cancel the order. These restrictions may apply to orders placed under the same customer account, using the same credit card, or with the same billing and/or shipping address. If we make any changes to or cancel your order, we will attempt to notify you using the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time of purchase.

5. Pricing and specifications

Prices and specifications for products or services offered through the Service are subject to change without notice. Any typographical, photographic, or descriptive errors may be corrected at our discretion. We also reserve the right to limit product or service quantities.
All prices are listed in US dollars.

We do not guarantee that the quality of any products, services, information, or other materials you purchase or obtain will meet your expectations, nor do we guarantee that any errors in the Service will be corrected.

6. Account security

As a member of Republic Rifles of Texas or a registered user of this website, you will receive a username and password to access your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must immediately notify us. We will not be held responsible for any loss or damage resulting from your failure to follow these security measures.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties and Limitation of Liability

By using our products and services, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms:

No Warranties: We make no representations or warranties of any kind, either express or implied, regarding the products or services we provide, including but not limited to the quality, performance, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of any product, service, or material. All products and services are provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranty of any kind.
Limitation of Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with the use of our products or services, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, loss of data, or any other commercial or personal damage, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Risk of Use: You assume all risks associated with the use of any products or services we provide, including the risk of injury, damage to property, or any legal consequences resulting from the use of such products and services. We are not responsible for any misuse of products or services, nor for any legal or regulatory violations that may result from their use.

8. Disputes

Except for any violation or potential violation of our intellectual property rights, any dispute related to your use of our Service, or services purchased through the Service, shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association with the use of a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and non-appealable and can be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction. However, at our discretion, intellectual property disputes may be addressed in the appropriate state or federal court in Texas, and you agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of such courts.

As described in the Privacy Policy, you also have rights under international data protection laws, including the right to request deletion from our database, the right to object to data processing, and the right to file a complaint with a local Data Protection Authority.

9. indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Republic Rifles of Texas and our affiliates and each of our respective officers, directors, shareholders, employees, agents, third-party information providers, licensors, and others involved in the development, maintenance, or operation of this website or the services purchased through the website from any and all claims, liabilities, expenses, damages, and costs, including attorney’s fees, arising out of any breach by you of these Terms of Service or your use of this website, or any products, services, or information obtained through it regardless of whether it is claimed that any indemnitee hereunder was at fault, including claims for breach of contract, negligence, gross negligence or strict liability.

10. Comments and Submissions

We welcome your ideas for improving this website, as well as suggestions for new features that could benefit our members and visitors. However, please be aware that we may already be working on similar features or in discussions with other vendors who offer such capabilities.

Any comments, ideas, suggestions, or feedback you provide to us will not be considered confidential or proprietary, and may be used or disclosed by us as we see fit. Submitting such information does not prevent us from purchasing or using similar products, services, or ideas from other parties or vendors.

11. Termination

If you are a member of the Republic Rifles of Texas, we reserve the right to close your account if you do not renew your membership when it is due to expire, in accordance with organization policies posted on the website and in renewal notices sent by email.

We also reserve the right to terminate access to this website and refuse service to users who violate this Terms of Service or who we reasonably believe are not intending to use the platform for its intended purpose, and to pursue legal remedies against persistent or serious offenders.

12. mEMBERSHIP Eligibility

Members must be 21 years of age and comply with federal, state, and local firearms laws.
Valid government issued identification is required.
Members are subject to background checks and approval by Republic Rifles of Texas.

13. mEMBERSHIP fees and payment

Annual memberships are automatically renewed on October 1^st of each year.
Annual memberships will be prorated the first year to October 1^st.
A late payment fee of $100 will be applied to renewal payments received after October 1^st.
Membership may be terminated if payment is not received by October 1^st.
One-time $150 orientation fee applies. Exception that orientation fee is waived for lifetime members.
Memberships are non-transferable. Exception applies to a lifetime member who may transfer their membership once to an immediate family member.

14. range access and usage

Members receive unlimited access to shooting lanes during business hours.
Access to 1,000-yard range and tactical ranges require approval and/or qualification according to Range rules.
Access is subject to range hours, maintenance closure, special events, and adverse weather.

15. Safety and Conduct Rules

Membership requires strict adherence to Range rules and safety protocols, including, but not limited to use of eye and ear protection, safe firearm handling, and following range officer commands at all times.
Prohibited behaviors include, but are not limited to, horseplay, intoxication, and use of illegal and/or unapproved firearms and ammunition.
Violation of Range rules may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.

16. lIABILITY AND WAIVER

Members and guests must agree to and sign a liability waiver releasing the Range from responsibility for injuries, damages, or losses.
Members are liable for damage to property caused by negligence from themselves, their guests, and/or their children.

17. fIREARMS AND AMMUNITION RESTRICTIONS

Only firearms and ammunition approved in the Range Safety Manual are allowed.
Range Officers may require inspection of firearms or ammo before or during use.

18. mEMBERSHIP TERMINATION, SUSPENSION, OR CANCELATION

Membership can be terminated for non-payment, safety violations, breach of terms and conditions, or persistent or egregious violation or Range rules.
Republic Rifles of Texas reserves the right to cancel memberships at their discretion without refund.
Members may cancel a minimum of 30 days before renewal (i.e., cancelations must be made on or before September 1^st).
Cancelations can only be made by the member via the member portal https://republicrifles.com/membership-account/.
Active-duty and law enforcement may have their membership frozen up to 12 months due to deployments or assignments away from primary residence. Contact us at support@republicrifles.com for more information.

19. Guest and family policies

All guests and family members must complete a waiver and be accompanied by a member at all times. Completion of guest and family waiver is the responsibility of the member.
Members are liable for guests and family members strict adherence to all range safety requirements and rules.
Family memberships include one spouse and biological or adopted children under the age of 21.

20. facility use and amenities

Membership includes access to all current and future Republic Rifles of Texas ranges and amenities.
Members must clean up after themselves, report recognized or caused damage, and any noticed safety hazards to support@republicrifles.com.
Personal items left at the range are not the Range’s responsibility.

21. Changes to terms

Republic Rifles of Texas reserve the right to modify terms, conditions, fees, and rules without notice.
Payment and use of the facility implies acceptance of all current and updated terms, conditions, waivers, rules, and regulation from Republic Rifles of Texas

22. miscellaneous terms

These Membership Terms & Conditions, including any other document acknowledged and/or signed by Member related to the use of the Republic Rifles of Texas facilities or online systems constitute the entire agreement between the Member and Republic Rifles of Texas. No verbal or other documents or information shall in interpreted to modify such terms.
These Membership Terms & Conditions are freely assignable by Republic Rifles of Texas shall inure to the benefit of the successors and assigns of Republic Rifles of Texas, but are not transferable or assignable in whole or part by Member whether by matter or law, inheritance or otherwise.
These Membership Terms & Conditions shall be governed by Texas law, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. All claims, controversies, disputes or suits shall be subject to binding arbitration in Fort Bend County, Texas in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association with the use of a single arbitrator. The arbitrator’s decision will be final and non-appealable and can be entered as a judgment in any court of competent jurisdiction.
Every term and provision of these Membership Terms & Conditions is intended to be severable. If any one or more of them is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that shall not affect the other terms and provisions, which shall remain binding and enforceable.
