1. What are the range’s safety rules and requirements?
1. We follow the 4 Primary Rules for Gun Safety
- Always keep your gun pointed in a safe direction
- Treat your guns as though they are always loaded
- Keep your finger off the trigger until your sights are on your intended target
- Always be sure of your target and what’s beyond
2. Eye and ear protection is required at all times while on the firing line or firing lane

2. What types of firearms and ammunition are permitted?
- Calibers of .45 and less are permitted
- Brass only casings
- Shotguns are permitted
- Black powder is permitted
- Air guns are permitted
- NFA weapons and accessories are permitted so long they comply with all local, state, and federal laws and regulation. Proof of legal ownership is required upon RSOs request
3. What type of ammunition is PROHIBITED?
- .50 Caliber and above are prohibited
- Prohibited use of armor-piercing or penetrating ammunition
- Prohibited use of steel jacketing, aluminum jacketing, steel shot, or steel core ammunition
- Prohibited use of tracer, incendiary, gas, and explosive ammunition
4. Do I need to bring my own firearms and ammo?
- The range does not provide any firearms or ammunition.
- Each member is responsible for their personal, and guest’s, firearms and ammunition to comply with all safety requirements
5. What are the range’s hours?
- Hours of operation are 0900 to Sunset on Tuesday – Sunday. The range is closed on Mondays, except for government holidays that fall on Mondays the range will be open
6. Do I need a membership?
- The range is for members only and is not open to the general public

7. How much does a membership cost?

8. Do you offer a Military or Law Enforcement discount?
- Yes, Military and Law Enforcement receive a discount on their membership. Email proof of service to info@republicrifles.com for a discount code upon checkout
9. Are there age restrictions or requirements?
- Membership minimum age is 21 years old
- Children 7 years of age and older must be accompanied by their parent or legal guardian that is also a current member
- No children under the age of 7 years old are permitted at the range
- Active-duty military 18 years of age and older are eligible for membership
10. What training or classes are offered?
- Technical and safety training courses will be posted on the event calendar. https://republicrifles.com/events/
11. Can I bring my own targets, or are they provided?
- Members should bring their own paper or electronic targets
- Specific bays have permanent steel targets in place for member use
- All other inanimate items such as bottles, cans, glass, plastic, wood, rocks, and all other metallic or non-metallic inanimate objects are PROHIBITED and absolutely no tannerite to be used as targets
12. Is there a dress code or specific attire required?
- Eye and ear protection is required at all times while on the firing line or firing lane
- Shirts and closed toed shoes are required
13. Can anyone shoot on all ranges?
Members will need to qualify to shoot on the 1000yrd lane and tactical bays.
