The initial membership fee includes a one-time $150 orientation fee and the annual membership cost, valid through September 30, 2026. Membership will automatically renew on October 1, 2026, and annually thereafter, at a renewal rate of $500 plus applicable taxes.

The price for membership is $650.00 now and then $500.00 per Year starting October 1, 2026. Additional 8.25% sales tax applies.
